Sweet corn
The Adel Sweet Corn Festival: So much better than the crowded, smelly, overpriced, freak show called the Iowa State Fair. We stayed for a couple hours, threw down some ears of corn (they give it away, free of charge), enjoyed the fest and went home happy!
